If all the sheets are wound up into the upper box and will not come down.
# Points for position setting
## Possible causes
* The sheet has become loose due to wind pressure or negative pressure.
* The sheet is biased due to crosswinds, and the gap between the sheet and the roller shaft has disappeared (pipe type)
* The upper limit position has shifted
### Slowly lower the shutter in position setting mode
1. Switch to position setting mode.
It operates slowly while you are pressing the button, and stops when you release it.
The operating speed will increase if you keep pressing it for 3 seconds or more.
2. Please lower the sheet while adjusting it so that it returns to the rail.
3. Take out all the sheets and rewind them. *Please be careful not to reverse the winding.*
4. Reset the upper and lower limit positions and check the operation.
*Operation methods vary depending on the controller.
# How to set the position of the KUD controller
1. Please switch to position setting mode
1. Press and hold 『stop』 and 『up』＋『down』＋『manu/auto』＋『H set』 for 3 seconds or more. The alarm sound "peep" will sound, and the position setting mode will be switched.
2. "H-Adj" will be displayed on the LCD screen during position setting mode.
3. It operates slowly while you are pressing 『up』 and 『down』, and stops when you release it.
The operating speed will increase if you keep pressing it for 3 seconds or more.
2. Set the upper limit stop position (setting the fully open position)
1. Press 『Enter』 while pressing 『up』 at the position where you want to set the upper limit.
2. Setting is complete when "T-5ET" is displayed on the LCD screen.
3. Set the lower limit stop position (setting the fully closed position)
1. Press 『Enter』 while pressing 『down』 at the position where you want to set the lower limit.
2. Setting is complete when "8-5ET" is displayed on the LCD screen.
4. Set the opening height stop position (setting the position to stop in opening height operation)
1. Press 『Enter』 while pressing 『H set』 at the position where you want to set ECO.
2. Setting is complete when "H-5ET" is displayed on the LCD screen.
*If you do not use the opening height operation, be sure to set the opening height at the upper limit position.
5. Set the photoelectric tube cancel position
1. Set the photoelectric tube sensor 1 cancel position.
1. Press 『manu/auto』 while pressing 『up』 at the position you want to cancel.
2. Setting is complete when "51-5ET" is displayed on the LCD screen.
2. Set the photoelectric tube sensor 2 cancel position.
1. Press 『manu/auto』 while pressing 『stop』 at the position you want to cancel.
2. Setting is complete when "52-5ET" is displayed on the LCD screen.
3. Set the photoelectric tube sensor 3 cancel position.
1. Press 『manu/auto』 while pressing 『down』 at the position you want to cancel.
2. Setting is complete when "53-5ET" is displayed on the LCD screen.
4. Set the photoelectric tube sensor 4 cancel position.
1. Press 『manu/auto』 while pressing 『H set』 at the position you want to cancel.
2. Setting is complete when "54-5ET" is displayed on the LCD screen.
6. Switch to normal operation mode
1. Press and hold 『stop』 and 『up』＋『down』＋『manu/auto』＋『H set』 for 3 seconds or more. The alarm sound "peep" will sound, and the normal operation mode will be switched.
7. Check the operation
Please check if the shutter stops at the set position and check the operation.
