Base Salary

Our base salary for new graduates is as follows:

• University graduates: 230,000 yen
• Technical college/Junior college graduates: 210,000 yen
• High school graduates: 180,000 yen

Bonuses will be determined each time after consultation based on the content of the initiatives for the half-year period.

In the case of mid-career recruitment, it will be decided after consultation based on the type of job and skills, etc.
