How to set the position with limit switches
Limit switch
Products using Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ controllers control the upper and lower limits using the following limit switches.
Please set the upper and lower limits using the black set button of the limit switch.
※ Operate the ascent and descent while keeping your hand on the stop button so that you do not overwind the sheet, as the limit switch is set to free mode to allow for ascent.

Remove the side cover

Remove the cover on the left side of the take-up box.
※ Be careful not to lose the screws, as they will be used when reattaching.

Remove the cover on the left side of the take-up box.

Release the stopper of the limit switch and set the set button to the free state.

Slide the stopper upwards while pressing the center of the stopper, and make the set button pressable.
※ Be sure to do this by hand.

Once the limit switch is in the above state, operate the shutter and perform the following operations at the upper and lower limit set positions.
- The upper and lower limits will be in an unset state.

Be careful of overrun, such as overwinding, and operate the button while keeping your hand on the stop button.

Set the upper and lower limit positions
※ Since the upper and lower limit settings are in a free state, operate the ascent and descent while keeping your hand on the stop button so that you do not overwind the sheet.-
Move the sheet to the upper or lower limit position.
The standard is to have the lower edge of the sheet visible by about 10 cm.
Setting a gap of about 5 cm between the lower edge and the floor will cause it to stop at the position where it touches the floor.

Press the set button (upper limit position set, lower limit position set) fully 3 to 4 times and set it to the set state.

Check the monitor lamp.

After pressing the set button, check if the monitor lamp on the control panel is lit.

Confirm that it stops at the set position.
After lowering the sheet from the set upper limit position, press the ascent button and confirm that it stops at the set position.
※ If it stops above or below the set position, set it again.

After pressing the set button, check if the monitor lamp on the control panel is lit.

Set the stopper
After completing the upper and lower limit settings, lower the stopper and set it securely.
Slide the stopper downwards while pressing the center of the stopper, and make the set button unpressable. -
