When the sheet is completely detached from the pipless shutter and does not return even when raised.

KV Controller Recovery Method

1. Switch to position setting mode

   1. While pressing “Stop”, press and hold “▲Open” + “Close▼” + “Auto/Manual” + “ECO” for 3 seconds or more. An alarm sound “beep” will sound, and the mode will switch to position setting mode.
      “ｲﾁｾｯﾃｲ” is displayed on the LCD screen during position setting mode.
      

2. Press the down button and pull out the sheet until the upper end of the tube is visible.

   1. In position setting mode, lower the sheet until the upper end of the black tube (or fastener) on both sides of the sheet is visible, and the sheet is completely detached from the frame.
   2. Lower the sheet with the tube detached, and feed the sheet out until the upper end of the tube is visible.
      

3. Set the upper end of the tube from the tube return guide

   1. While inserting the upper end of the tube from the cut of the return guide, raise the sheet and wind it up.

      • 

   2. Since there is a level difference between the left and right upper ends of the tube, insert the left first and then the right and wind them up. By winding up, the tube part is set in the tube guide.

   3. Due to the anti-winding bolts at both ends of the lower end of the sheet, it is structured so that it will not be wound up any further.

      • 

*When inserting the tube into the sheet return guide, make sure that the upper end of the sheet is also inserted into the tube guide before winding it up.

5. Switch to normal operation mode

   1. While pressing “Stop”, press and hold “▲Open” + “Close▼” + “Auto/Manual” + “ECO” for 3 seconds or more. An alarm sound “beep” will sound, and the mode will return to normal operation mode.
      

6. Perform operation confirmation
   About sampling mode
   Sampling mode is a mode that saves the setting contents after changing each setting of the pipless shutter. “C” or “O” is displayed on the LCD monitor, and “MANU” of the operation mode flashes.

   1. Once the shutter is opened and closed, sampling is completed and “Data Save” is displayed on the LCD monitor.
