Troubleshooting when flowsheets and trend graphs cannot be viewed

If you cannot view features that require communication between the server and terminal, such as flowsheets and trend graphs, there may be several causes.

Temporary Communication Failure

If you were able to view them without any problems until recently but suddenly cannot, there is a possibility that the communication line is temporarily unstable.
In this case, you may be able to view them without any problems if you wait a while and try again.

If communication does not recover even then, restarting the on-site monitoring device may restore it.

Permanent Communication Failure

If you cannot communicate for more than a month, or if communication is intermittent, there is a possibility that the communication state is chronically poor due to the positional relationship between the installation location and the base station.

Failure of Monitoring Device

If you cannot communicate at all from a certain point in time, or if the state is very unstable, there is a possibility that the monitoring device has failed.
